At AMR Nuts & Hampers, we take great care in sourcing, packing, and delivering premium quality edible products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

No Returns Policy
All products sold on our website are food items and are non-returnable. Once delivered, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your issue quickly, kindly share:

  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Non-Eligibility for Claims
We will not be able to process any claims in the following cases:

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
